个人简历：
1975年生，女，博士，研究员，博士生导师。1996年毕业于武汉大学，获学士学位；2001年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所，获博士学位；同年到中国科学院水生生物研究所从事鱼类发育遗传学和遗传育种工作，2002年晋升为副研究员，2007年晋升为研究员。主要以具有特殊生殖方式或性别决定方式的养殖鱼类为研究对象，开展生殖调控机制、性别决定和分化相关基因克隆和鉴定研究，并进行生长快、抗病力强等新品种的选育工作，已在国内外学术刊物发表论文50多篇，其中SCI论文35篇；参编3本；授权专利4项，培育水产新品种1个（第2完成人）。
